貨物退換及退款

退換損壞貨品：

如你收到的貨品有缺陷/損壞/送錯的貨品，請電郵我們，列明該訂單號碼及損壞貨品的相片，已便確認更換。

不可退回的產品：

以下情況或產品恕不接受退款或退換服務：

-定單一經處理，不接受任何退款要求，請於訂購前，小心選購。

-產品已經開封/曾被使用/使用不當導致損壞。

-產品並未保持完好包裝、已受破壞、損毀或不完整 (例如包裝膠紙或盒被撕去)。

-所有折扣/清貨/特賣產品。

-所有免費贈品/試用裝禮品。

-如因商品設計或顏色不滿意等個人因素，要求退換，本店恕不接受。請於訂購前，小心選購，或先向本店查詢。

如有任何爭議，The Moon Jewelry 保留最終決定權，顧客不得異議。
